  • Tumbling classes have strictly restricted coach to student ratios.

    • Beginner 1:6

    • Level 1 & 2 1:8 (To be reduced back to 1:6 in the future)

    • Level 3+ 1:6

  • Classes are divided by skill level to maximize the amount of active time athletes have during each class by working with athletes with similar skills.

  • Athletes will advance to more advanced skills and classes at their own pace.

  • Many drills are utilized to learn body positions and motions to achieve skills with the correct technique.

  • Coaches will engage athletes with corrections, examples, and hands on spotting.

  • Classes may incorporate some cheer & dance elements into them such as counting (5, 6, 7, 8).

Tumbl-Kour (Preschool)

Ages 3-4

In our preschool tumbling class, your little athlete will work on almost all the same skills as our 5+ beginner tumbling classes plus focus on improving their coordination and overall mobility by navigating various obstacles parkour style!

Beginner Foundations

Ages 5-18

Skills learned in this class include: Rolls (Log, Forwards, Backwards), Bridge Up, Handstands, Cartwheels, Back Bends, and More. Many drills are utilized to help achieve the correct technique to complete these skills and properly prepare young tumblers for future progressions including work on strength and flexibility.

Intermediate Level 1

Ages 5-18

Athletes will continue to build on the foundation laid in Intro To Tumbling while learning new skills and drills for future progressions. Skills learned in this class include: Proper running tumbling technique, the importance of rebounding, handstand snap down, round-off, back bend kick-over, back walkover, and front walkover, as well as the ability to link these skills together.

Intermediate Level 2

Ages 5-18

They've been preparing for this since their Beginner Foundations and Level 1 classes by focusing on technique and working many drills repetitively. It's the one everyone can't wait to get to! Skills learned in this class include: Standing back handspring, front handspring, round-off back handspring (single and series), aerial (actually a level 3 skill), connecting beginner cheer jumps to back handsprings, as well as the ability to link these skills and lower level skills together.

Advanced Level 3

Ages 5-18

This level is part of the Level 3/4 class.

Skills learned in this class include: Standing back handspring series, connecting advanced cheer jumps to back handsprings, round-off back tuck, round-off back handspring back tuck, aerials, punch front, as well as connecting these and lower level skills together.

Advanced Level 4

Ages 5-18

This level is part of the Level 3/4 class.

Skills learned in this class include: Standing back tuck, connecting advanced cheer jumps to back tuck, round-off layout, round-off back handspring layout, Punch front step out, as well as connected these and lower level skills together.

Elite Levels 5 & 6

Ages 5-18

This level is currently part of the Level 3/4 class. Skills learned in this class include: Fulls, arabians, and other twisting skills.
